Yes, since we are a U.S. territory, your marriage will be legally recognized. We will also guide you through the entire application process to ensure everything is completed smoothly and correctly.

The most popular months are December through April for the best weather. However, May–August can also be beautiful with fewer crowds. Hurricane season runs from June through November, so we always recommend a backup plan or wedding insurance.

Since St. John is part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. citizens do not need a passport, but it is recommended. If you would like to take a day trip to the British Virgin Islands you will need a passport in order to clear customs.
